Thank you for shopping with SalSigo. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. It doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be approved, items must be:

In the same condition you received them
-
Unused/unworn, with all tags attached
-
In the original packaging
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g., used grooming items, opened consumables, customized products, and gift cards) may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrect on arrival. If an item is non-returnable, we’ll indicate that on its product page.
How to Start a Return
Email salsigoshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and an RMA (return authorization).

Parcels sent back without a prior return authorization may be refused.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), return shipping is your responsibility. If we provide a label, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method—typically within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.
If you don’t see the credit 15 business days after approval, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach us at salsigoshop@gmail.com.
Credit card disputes: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you generally have 60 days from the date your statement is sent to dispute billing errors with your card issuer. We’re happy to help resolve any issue directly. Consumer Advice
Shipping & Delivery Commitments (US Orders)
We ship from Hong Kong. Typical delivery time is 1–2 weeks. If we advertise a shipping timeframe, we must have a reasonable basis to meet it. If we can’t ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we’ll notify you and ask whether you want to wait or receive a prompt refund for unshipped items. State-Specific Notices
California: If a retailer limits refunds/exchanges to less than what customers might ordinarily expect, the policy must be clearly disclosed. We display our return terms on product pages and/or at checkout for California customers. If a retailer in California fails to post a limiting policy, consumers may have a right to a refund within 30 days for most in-store purchases; disclosure rules vary for online sellers, so we publish this policy conspicuously. Other states may have additional consumer protections. Where required, we follow the most protective rule that applies.
Items Lost in Transit
If tracking shows a shipment is lost or undelivered, we’ll investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms loss or there’s no delivery after a reasonable period, we’ll reship or refund the order (your choice).
Restocking Fees & Price Adjustments
We do not charge restocking fees unless clearly disclosed in advance. We don’t offer price adjustments on past purchases.
